Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and strategic Account Executive to join our client’s team and lead client growth across a defined U.S. territory . You will play a critical role in expanding existing accounts , building new partnerships , and acting as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders as they undertake transformation initiatives powered by Epic.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is driven, relationship-oriented, and ready to shape the future of healthcare consulting .
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with healthcare clients (health systems, ACOs, MCOs, health plans).
- Serve as the main point of contact for C-level and operational stakeholders.
- Drive regional growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Lead RFP responses, proposals, and represent the company at industry events.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery.
- Stay current on industry trends and Epic system updates to support client needs proactively.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT consultative sales or strategic account management.
- Familiarity with Epic applications (Tapestry, Healthy Planet, Payer Suite) or proven ability to learn complex systems.
- Experience working with healthcare transformation , consolidation, or large-scale implementations.
- Strong understanding of payer/provider models , value-based care, and risk-based arrangements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in or with Epic consulting, support, or implementation .
- Background in working with delegated risk entities or population health initiatives.
- Deep regional healthcare network (East or West U.S. regions).
- Prior experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
