The role involves designing, building, and deploying AI solutions to address complex operational challenges, while collaborating with experienced professionals in the field. Responsibilities: • Help design, build, and deploy AI solutions that tackle complex operational problems. • Experiment with state-of-the-art machine learning (ML) models, evaluate their performance, and integrate them into production systems that support warfighter decision-making. • Apply foundational models, fine-tune LLMs, or contribute to custom solutions. Qualifications: Required: • Experience with ML, deep learning, or data science • Knowledge of Python and ML frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn • Ability to analyze data, train and evaluate models, and explain results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance • Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field Preferred: • Experience with deploying ML models using Docker, FastAPI, or MLflow, working on team-based software projects, or using version control, such as Git • Knowledge of responsible AI principles, LLMs, or MLOps best practices • Ability to contribute to a cross-functional technical team, take initiative in exploring new tools, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities • Secret clearance • Master’s degree in a related field • CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, or similar certification Company: BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON INTERNATIONAL (U.K.) LTD is a management consulting company based out of 100 NEW BRIDGE STREET, LONDON, United Kingdom.
