Job Duties As a Caregiver in a Skilled Nursing Setting, You Will: * Assist Residents with Activities of Daily Living (Adls), Including Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, and Mobility Support. * Monitor and Report Changes in Residents’ Health, Behavior, or Condition to Nursing Staff. * Support Residents with Meal Preparation, Feeding Assistance, and Hydration Needs. * Provide Companionship and Emotional Support to Promote Resident Well-being. * Maintain a Clean, Safe, and Supportive Environment in Compliance with Facility Standards. * Follow Care Plans and Assist with Basic Healthcare Tasks Under the Supervision of Licensed Nursing Staff.
