Job Description

We’re looking for a high-energy Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team and help bring exciting events and top-tier brand experiences directly to the community!

Whether you're just starting out or looking to transition into the world of live events, this role offers hands-on experience, paid training, and real growth potential —no prior experience required!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and teardown
  • Coordinate event logistics such as vendor setup, equipment organization, and guest registration
  • Greet and engage with attendees, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience
  • Manage signage, branded displays, and giveaways to maintain smooth operations and brand consistency
  • Handle administrative tasks: data entry, attendance tracking, post-event reporting
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and represent partner brands with confidence
  • Contribute to post-event debriefs and share insights to improve future activations

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Positive, approachable, and team-oriented personality
  • Willingness to learn about event coordination , brand marketing , and promotions
  • Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
