Job Description

Overall management of the overseas warehouse team building, personnel management, and daily work allocation and management.
Responsible for formulating and improving various overseas warehouse management processes and systems to ensure the safety of customer goods and timely supply according to requirements, improve resource utilization efficiency, reduce costs, and establish and improve work processes for warehousing, transportation, etc., while building and optimizing operational processes.
Responsible for formulating and improving practical overseas warehouse operation monitoring plans, optimizing management processes and KPI assessment standards for warehousing, transportation, etc., and effectively implementing monitoring and management.
By optimizing business processes and system processes, develop labor efficiency standards, monitor labor efficiency and allocation, and continuously optimize the labor costs of self-built overseas warehouses.
Quickly, actively, and proactively respond to the business demands and requirements of sales, providing solutions and organizing implementation.
