Spa Attendant @ SPACES Wellness Sanctuary

About SPACES:
SPACES is a members-only wellness sanctuary rooted in quiet luxury, timeless rituals, and restorative design. Our environment is intimate, serene, and elevated — offering guests more than just a spa, but a sanctuary for renewal.

We are seeking a poised and professional Spa Attendant to join our founding team. This role is critical in maintaining the standards of SPACES.

Costa Mesa, CA—Spaces Wellness Sanctuary.

Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of spa spaces, including lounges, treatment areas, saunas, plunge pools, and locker rooms.
• Prepare amenities such as robes, towels, water, and refreshments for guests.
• Support in setting up and resetting semi-private nooks and ritual spaces.
• Monitor facility needs, including linen restocking, tidiness, and equipment checks.
• Uphold spa standards of quiet luxury, guest privacy, and safety protocols.
• Provide light assistance to therapists and front desk staff as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure an elevated and seamless experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality, spa, wellness, or luxury service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Comfortable with maintaining spa facilities, including water/thermal features.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
