As the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager , you are a visual problem solver who will own the in-store merchandising strategy and online content for Magic: The Gathering across key retail partners. This role drives product visibility and optimizes space-to-sales performance through innovative merchandising solutions. We are looking for extensive retail experience, a strong understanding of the trading card or collectibles market, and experience implementing merchandising programs at retail. What You'll Do: Strategy and merchandising planning within mass retail channels (e.g., Walmart, Target, etc.) for our brands. A visual thinker who can interpret brand vision and translate it into dynamic, engaging store environments. Work directly with major retail accounts such as Walmart, including collaboration with account managers and store operations. Analyze sales data and SKU performance to drive fixture decisions and optimize space-to-sales. A collaborative cross-functional teammate who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. What You'll Bring: BA/BS or equivalent in Marketing or Business. 5+ years of experience with in-store merchandising with at least 3 years in a senior-level role in related industried (gaming, entertainment, or consumer products). Strategic and merchanising experience with major mass-market retailers required (e.g. Walmart, Target, GameStop, etc.). Proficiency in digital merchandising, including keyword strategy, product title structure, feature bullets, and enhanced content (A+ content). Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under time constraints and within budget. Ability to craft compelling, SEO-optimized product copy for e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart.com, and other online retailers (preferred). Well developed, verbal, written, and presentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. An ability to use data to measure the efficiency of merchandising tactics. Ability to work onsite at our headquarters in Renton, WA at least 3 days a week. The base salary range for this position is $108,400.00 to $193,000.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
