The Boeing Company is looking for a **System & Network Administrator Engineer** to join our Space Systems Verification and Test team in **El Segundo, CA** . In this position, you'll contribute to a team responsible for the hardening, deployment, automation, setup, and readiness of Special Test Equipment in factory and launch environments.

The Infrastructure and System Administrator Functions supports a 24/7 hour Test operation. This position is 4th shift meaning, various shifts, nights, weekends, and alternate shifts may be required to support program objectives.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level System & Network Administrator Engineers.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Provides Factory Floor support to multiple Programs; defining & documenting Test setups, Deploying Test Software & Configurations, Troubleshooting, communicating/coordinating program requests, and supporting requests from the team to improve effectiveness, efficiency, productivity
+ Develops, implements, and sustains tools that enable product security requirements
+ Utilizes agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track product security statement of work
+ Develops and enhances system requirements and architectures for product security to meet all applicable certification and customer requirements
+ Configures and ensures security of facilities, equipment, tools, data, networks, and resources used for product: design, development, build, test, storage, delivery, operations, and support
+ work with the Infrastructure Manager to help transform the existing Test IT infrastructure and Tools, implementing the best practices to manage server room
+ Leverages technical knowledge of infrastructure to manage, maintain, improve, deploy and harden complex Test infrastructure
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
+ Current CompTIA Security+ certification
+ Experience managing data center and large IT systems
+ Experience in Operating Systems: Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Enterprise Linux
+ Experience in VMWare Virtualization
+ Experience in Enterprise Storage
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ **Level 3** : 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ ITIL 4 certification
+ Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
+ Experience in Cyber Security
+ Experience in Oracle Solaris
+ Experience in Cisco switches, ASA and Palo Alto Firewall

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $85,850 - $116,150
Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): $102,000 - $138,000
